Do you really never come on site?
Correct. Devices are configured before shipping and enrolled automatically on first boot; everything else is done through remote management and remote support sessions. Hardware failures are handled by courier swap.
Who owns the equipment?
On the HomeDesk plans the hardware is provided as part of the service and remains with tross kkeys OÜ — you never carry it as an asset, and replacement at end of life is included. On the Secure plan your existing devices stay yours.
What happens when an employee leaves?
You tell us the date. We disable accounts, revoke access, remotely wipe the device and send a prepaid return box. You receive a signed offboarding record for your files.
Where is our data processed?
Within the European Union. tross kkeys OÜ is an Estonian company; management platforms and backups are hosted in EU regions and governed by a data processing agreement signed with every customer.
Can you work with our existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Yes. We manage within your tenant — you keep ownership and full visibility — and harden it to our baseline rather than migrating you somewhere new.
How long is the contract?
Plans including hardware run on 24- or 36-month terms per user; the Secure plan is available on 12 months. Headcount can scale up at any time and down at each anniversary.
